The distilling floor is a 4,000 sq ft space that contains wooden fermentation tanks, polished copper, stainless vessels, and wooden barrels perfectly laid out for ceremonies and receptions. Connected to the distillery floor is the front bar area that can comfortably seat 25 people with surrounding high-top tables that can seat an additional 20 guests for cocktail hours and other full bar service needs. Giant panes of glass separate the bar room from the distilling floor, framed in with 200-year-old Douglas Fir beams reaching up to meet original Dade county pine ceilings creating a very warm, vintage, and old-world venue.
