Steel Tie Vodka
Our vodka is made from midwestern American grains.
With a backbone of 70% wheat, it works beautifully in classic vodka cocktails.
But 20% of our mash bill is rye, bringing complex spice notes like peppercorn and marzipan.
On the nose and finish, our guests describe a slight sweetness and round, buttery mouthfeel. This is because our last 10% is given to American white corn.
No other vodka brings this level of complexity, and no other brand is this smooth.

Black Coral White Rum
We never add anything to our white rum after it’s aged and filtered; the butterscotch aromatic comes from using only the purest local molasses.
Once you sip it, you’ll get a buttery mouth feel and a smooth, round finish.
This was meant to be a mixing rum, and it is great in cocktails.

Black Coral Spiced Rum
When you sip our spiced rum, you’ll taste more than a dozen Florida-grown spices that include toasted cacao nibs, clove, allspice, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
The finisher is a long, lingering vanilla flavor.

Black Coral Black Rum
On the nose, this rum brings deeper notes like dark chocolate, coffee & toffee.
On the palate, it brings big flavors like caramel, almond, and molasses.
Its flavor profile is very different from our white and our spiced rums – but it does share the same purity and versatility.
Serve it straight, mixed with ginger beer, or stirred into a complex Old Fashioned.

Steel Tie Habanero Vodka
This natural infusion of locally, organically grown habanero peppers are hand selected and prepared by our staff in-house.
These peppers range from yellow, orange, red, and green peppers to create a perfect balance of vegetal and heat, balanced to perfection for the perfect pepper flavor.
This vodka starts out as our 70% wheat, 20% rye, and 10% vodka, filtered through coconut husk carbon, and polished to create a soft profile and warm finish.
This vodka is then infused at just the right ABV before being blended to maintain a consistent product, perfect for adding some heat to anything from a simple mule to complex cocktails.
