By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion.

3. Eligibility

This Promotion is open only to legal residents who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age and residency for verification purposes.

The Company will determine and announce the entry period for the Promotion at its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to shorten, extend, suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Discount

The Discount is applicable to your Steel Tie Spirits distillery tasting room order and can only be used once by each participant. The Discount cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers.

7. Limitations

The Promotion is limited to one per customer. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified.

8. Communication

By participating in this Promotion, you consent to receive communication from the Company, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and third-party partners.

9. Miscellaneous

The Company reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. The Company’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Failure to comply with these terms may result in disqualification from the Promotion.

This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida.
